Claims Service Line (CSL) is part of the Travel, Claims Education Grant Pillar responsible for processing Entitlement and Official travel claims for all staff categories. Residential security reimbursements for entitled Individual Uniformed Personnel (IUP) and international individual contractor fees are also processed by the CSL.
Operationalized in April 2018, the CSL currently serves 17 Client Missions in Africa.
