The UN Secretariat Procurement Division, Global Procurement Support Section (GPSS) in Entebbe is planning to conduct a one-half-day UN Business Seminar in RSCE/RTCC Conference Room, Entebbe Support Base on 3 May 2023.

The purpose of the UN Business Seminar is to provide an overview of how to do business with the United Nations, which includes the UN Procurement Principles, Vendor Registration in the United Nations Global Marketplace and related information pertinent to UN bidding process.

For this UN Business Seminar, we prefer vendors who are in business for more than five years and operate in any of the following categories: Facilities Management and Infrastructure including various construction materials, Security Systems and equipment, Information and Communications Technology, Freight Forwarding and third-party logistics and Office Equipment and Supplies.

GPSS requests that vendors complete the registration form for the participation in the UN Business Seminar by close of business Monday, 12 April 2023.

Vendors with the following attributes are strongly encouraged to participate: Disability-inclusive supplier, Women-owned business.

After review of the interests, selected vendors would be contacted for participation in the Business Seminar.
